Last week I took a much needed mini vacation to New York City. The city where my best friend lives, and a few lovely people I am lucky to know. I took the opportunity to crash OWS while I was there. It is more controlled nowadays and some people have been camping as long as 38 days. I was inspired, but also disappointed. I am inspired by the bravery of people camping out for days, making a stand, protesting for equal rights for the 99%, a fair economy for all. And then I'm disappointed because no matter how much one can protest, I just feel like there isn't enough voices, also... you want to make a stand? I feel like the first thing one is to do is close their bank accounts with banks such as Chase, Bank of America and Citibank, and stop shopping at chain corporate stores. This holiday season, shop at local merchant stores instead, stop feeding money to the 1%.

I saw this link to your blogs after you favorited one of my flickr photos and realized I invited one of your photos to my new self-portrait group. :)
Anyways...I like these images as we see an assortment of people & personalities. The slight vignetting (or "lomo-ing") is nice as well.
