After a 5 hour night sleep and making a complete fool out of myself for five hours (making fart sounds, squeaky noises, impersonating animals - including a clearly faux elephant) to make small children smile/laugh, I was tired. I rode my bike home then I had a meeting appointment with Amaris and her assistant Lauren at Studio 1147 (previously atstudio.com) - miscommunication took place and we ended up not meeting. I then went back and took a nap at Jay's. I woke up an hour later feeling awful. Not sick, not hungry (maybe just a little), just flat out moody. It was one of those times where if you were a toddler you'd just be non-stop crying. That was me today. I did make some little kids cry this morning - unintentionally... some of them just get freaked out by all the lighting set up. They probably think I'm a doctor... I'd probably cry too. In fact, here's a photo of me that my mom took of me... minute before I had been crying. Those crying photos exists, in my father's house back in Guatemala.

Suffice to say, I haven't always been a fan of strobes. In fact, I prefer not to use them unless it is completely vital. Lesson learned today. Never ask toddlers about their mommy (argh).
Pretty excited about this weekend. I already have my costume and it is H-O-T!!! Also, baking non-vegan cupcakes (taken from a vegan recipe) for one of my bf's close friends. I will post photos of these delicious pastries in a few days.
