I will miss thee my friend.

This blog is dedicated to my best friend Maurin.

Maurin and I became friends through our families. Our siblings were friends for years before we even knew one another. Almost two years ago I met her on a halloween party that my brothers took me with. I became good friends with Ivonne and through her I met my darling friend Maurin.

After a year and a half of occasionally stumbling upon one another Maurin and I started to hang out more and more. We became very good friends with the band Flavor Savors and today she is head over heels with the drummer of the band who is also a fellow photographer - Brando. Tomorrow my best friend and her beau part south. They will be taking a bus to Cincinnati and then hiking their way down to Florida where Brando is originally from. Not sure when exactly but they will be flying to Caracas, Venezuela after a couple of weeks in FL.

I will miss my friend dearly. Even though life hasn't let us hang out much lately I keep her close to my heart. One of my dearest girls - sister like will leave Chicago. This city will never be the same without her.
