Lauren and I met each other three years ago at Picture-Day. I was a retoucher at the time and she was an assistant. In 2010 we were both staff photographers. Although we worked well together we didn't really become close friends until last fall. This year we're almost inseparable. We have formed our own little circle of friends that have become the core of our eccentric social lives. Lauren Butterfield is a hard working photographer's assistant. She's assisted some of the greatest Chicago photographers. She works well with others. We are working together on a very cool photo project, there will be results coming to you very soon. Lauren is, without a doubt, one of my favorite friends. We inspire each other creatively every week, as well as causing some fun trouble once in a while.
