Spring is just around the corner and people are getting married left and right.



Friends I've known to be paired up since college are finally engaging in the business of getting hitched. I couldn't be happier for them. It's about time! This fall in October I will be traveling to Japan to photograph my friend Mimi's wedding. A three day event - I am so excited for her. She is going to be a beautiful bride, and her future husband is a very lucky man. The images will be used for a featured magazine covering events. I've known Mimi since college, and I haven't seen her since but thanks to the internet we've kept in touch and very close.

I've only done mostly 2nd photographer in weddings, just a few on my own, but I feel pretty confident to go solo now. I will be investing in a new camera this year - Nikon D700 and hopefully a telephoto, and definitely some strobes & backdrop.
