Marcy and I were roomates for 2 yrs. or so. We did everything together, well almost everything. We lived together, we went to class together, we traveled together and we certainly knew how to party together.
We lived half a mile away from the beach in Ventura, CA. Brooks Institute of Photography has two campuses there now. It's strictly for Film, Photojournalism and Graphic Design majors. Whenever I felt sad, it didn't matter if it wasn't cloudy. The peacefulness of the ocean made me feel at ease. I would sit on this spot and just contemplate the beauty of nature. I miss Cali.
Marcy's mom came over and she took us on a tour to the Channel Islands, which you could actually see in the foreground of some of the pictures I will post later.
I miss this place.
